In today’s fast-paced business environment, waiting months to develop training programs is no longer viable. Markets shift, technologies evolve, and learner expectations change rapidly. Dr. Michael Allen, founder and CEO of Allen Interactions, developed SAM as a direct alternative to ADDIE. With a Ph.D. in educational psychology from The Ohio State University and over 45 years of experience in teaching, developing, and marketing interactive learning<\/a> systems, Allen was actually an advocate of ADDIE for many years before recognizing the need for a more agile approach.<\/p>
