Learning campaigns

« Back to Glossary Index

Learning campaigns are structured, time-based training initiatives that deliver content in small, targeted learning units rather than all at once. Similar to marketing campaigns, they use repeated messages, spaced learning moments, and multiple interaction formats to help employees build and retain new skills over time.

A learning campaign spreads training across a series of focused activities (e.g., short videos, quizzes, micro-lessons, reminders, or challenges) delivered over days or weeks. This approach keeps learners engaged, increases knowledge retention, and reinforces behavior change more effectively than traditional one-time training.
