The goal of instructional design is to make learning more efficient, engaging, and tailored to the specific objectives and audience.
Instructional design is used to build eLearning courses, onboarding programs, instructional videos, microlearning, assessments, and more—ensuring that training is relevant, engaging, and measurable.
What does an instructional designer do?
An instructional designer:
