SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) is a set of technical standards that ensures compatibility between E-Learning content and Learning Management Systems (LMS). It defines how digital learning materials are packaged, launched, and how they communicate learner data—such as progress and assessment results—to an LMS in a consistent, standardized way.

Standard format for packaging E-Learning content so it can be shared across LMS platforms. It acts like a universal language for E-Learning courses and platforms.
