E-Learning, or electronic learning, is a form of education, training, or knowledge sharing delivered via digital technologies and the internet to access educational content. This encompasses online courses, interactive modules, webinars, and virtual classrooms, making it possible to learn from anywhere and at any time using computers, tablets, or smartphones.

Content: It includes a wide variety of formats: online courses, videos, interactive quizzes, virtual classrooms, and more.

Technology: Often delivered through Learning Management Systems (LMS), which track progress, assessments, and other learning data.
